Farmers Connect is an initiative championed by the Ministry of Agriculture and aligned with the Government of Guyana’s strategic vision for enhanced service delivery. The primary objective is to provide farmers with a centralized digital platform to access key information and services, including weather updates, advisories, market prices, extension services, and good farming practices. Collectively, these capabilities leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as generative AI, to support the transformation of the Ministry of Agriculture into a more responsive, efficient, and service-centric operational model.
